Returns

Please send an email to support@sp-spareparts.com. We will review your request, and if it meets the return requirements, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds are processed quickly once returns are approved:

• Method: Refunded to the same payment method used for purchase.
• Timeline: Typically 5–10 business days after processing.

Our return policy allows returns within 65 days from the date of reception. Returned products must be in resale condition: unopened, with original packaging, accessories, and documentation (invoices, tags, etc.). Please include the completed Right of Withdrawal form as described in our procedure. Certain products may not be eligible for return, such as customized items or those that cannot be resold due to their nature.

We strive to deliver all items in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, here’s what you can do:

2. Resolution options: Our team will promptly assist in either:
   1. Arranging a replacement for the damaged item.
   2. Processing a refund, if preferred.
3. Return assistance: We will assist with the return of the damaged product at no additional cost.

Yes, SP SpareParts reserves the right to refuse or limit returns that appear fraudulent, abusive, or not in line with our return policy guidelines.
