The goods can only be returned within the framework of the exercise of the right of retractation, defect of conformity or apparent defect.
Goods must be sent by the Customer to the Return Department. The right to repossess is exercised without penalties, except for the return shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the Customer. Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.
A preliminary request for return may be made by the Customer to the Return Department. The Return Department will process the return by assigning a file number. Returns carrying the file number benefit from an accelerated treatment procedure.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Provided that the above conditions are met, the return of the goods gives rise to the Customer’s repayment.
The Customer has a period of 65 clear days from the date of reception to return the ordered products.
Products must be returned to the Seller accompanied by the Good of Retractation, in perfect resale condition, in their country of origin (packaging, accessories, manuals…), duly sealed, and accompanied by the signed return document in accordance with the above procedure.
The right of retractation cannot be exercised:
for the supply of goods made according to the specifications of the Customer or clearly personalised,
or which, because of their nature, cannot be forwarded or are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly,
for the supply of audio or video recordings, or any reproducible work, when unsealed by the Customer.
The limitation of the right of retractation is expressly mentioned on the Product Sheets of the products concerned.
Refunds are issued in accordance with Articles 4, 9 and 10 of the General Terms and Conditions.
Once the returned goods have been received and verified by the Seller, and provided that the return conditions under the General Terms and Conditions are met, the return of the goods gives rise to the repayment of the amounts paid by the Customer.
Refunds are processed within 14 days from the acceptance of the return by the Seller. After processing, the refund usually appears in the Customer’s bank account within approximately 3 business days, depending on the Customer’s bank and payment method.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the Seller and the Customer.
Where the ordered product is unavailable and the Customer chooses a refund instead of a similar product, the Seller will refund the paid amounts without delay and at the latest within 30 days, in accordance with Article 4.3 of the General Terms and Conditions.
Return shipment costs remain at the Customer’s expense, except where otherwise provided under applicable law or the General Terms and Conditions.
